As a depot holder, you are an extremely important link in the logistics process of the morning newspaper! A depot holder is responsible for ensuring that the newspapers are delivered to subscribers on time, 6 days a week. You also ensure that there is a point of contact for the newspaper deliverers. You can carry out the work at the depot yourself or outsource it. That's the advantage of being a freelancer. We are looking for multiple depot holders who want to be responsible for a depot. WHAT DOES A DAY AT A DEPOT LOOK LIKE? - The daily newspapers are received around 4:00 in the morning; - The dailies are distributed among the newspaper deliverers; - Newspaper deliverers will be informed of the complaints and any details. WHAT IS A DEPOSITORY RESPONSIBLE FOR? - Timely delivery of the newspaper in accordance with the quality requirements. YOU LIKE TO DO THIS: - Recruiting and motivating the newspaper deliverers; - Act proactively and deal with unexpected situations; - Concluding assignment contracts with newspaper deliverers; - Managing the administration of the depot (you can get the support of an administration office for this).
WHAT WILL THIS ASSIGNMENT BRING YOU? - Reimbursement is between € 17 and € 20 per hour depending on the location and activities; - Possibility to achieve quality bonuses; - The work usually takes place from Mon-Fri between 03:00 – 07:00 and Saturday between 03:00 – 08:00 (an average of 32 hours per week). It is not necessary that you are present yourself; - As a Depot Holder you work on the basis of an assignment agreement.
WHAT MAKES EXECUTING THE ASSIGNMENT EASIER? - Driver's license B and own car; - Computer skills and possession of a laptop or computer; - Be communicative.
