Job description

At EY-Parthenon, we come up with strategies that take our clients’ business forward. Our work combines careful analysis with ideas that have a real impact on how the businesses you see around you thrive. We give you the chance to get to know a diverse range of businesses and be on projects that are changing more than just big companies for the better. What's your role in the team? “Imagine a company that wants to enter a foreign market. It needs a lot of information to do this. It needs to understand how the foreign market works – how fast it will grow and why. It is also important to know as much as possible about the competition the company will be facing in the market. It will help decide whether entering the market is a good idea and how to do it. It’s quite a big package of complex issues that you can be involved in solving as a member of our team. But at other times you might be working on growth or acquisition strategy, for example, or helping to integrate companies. These are complex projects where you’ll learn as you prepare sub-analyses. You will always have an experienced colleague next to you who you can turn to when you don’t know what to do.” — Ivo Rudický, Senior Consultant, EY-Parthenon
