This role provides a broad understanding of our business, setting you up to pursue opportunities in client onboarding, sales, project management and other areas of our organization. As part of the Operational Team in our Dutch Division, you will work closely with the Project Manager, Consultants, Support Specialists, Supplier Onboarding Specialist and the Customer Success Team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for answering all active customer queries and assisting with all first-line support issues as per our individual customer SLA agreements. Professional working proficiency in Dutch and good written and oral communication skills. To be a good fit for the Customer Support Analyst opportunity, you will have: 1 to 2 years of experience in software support or client services with medium to high volume. A good opportunity to work from home, undisturbed and with a good internet connection. An eye for detail with logical problem-solving skills. A technical mindset and the ability to adapt quickly.
