Would you like to manage your own team of newspaper deliverers? Would you like to start working when the majority of the Netherlands is still asleep? Then this is the job for you! As a freelance depot holder, you are an important link in the newspaper's logistics process! You ensure that the newspapers (including De Limbuger, Telegraaf, Volkskrant and Trouw) in Gennep and the surrounding area are delivered to subscribers on time. You are the point of contact for the newspaper deliverers. You do that 6 days a week. You can carry out the work at the depot yourself or outsource it. That's the advantage of being a freelancer. A stable (side) job, with fixed working days, which you can easily combine with other (side) jobs and hobbies THIS IS WAT YOU WILL DO - You will receive the daily newspapers in the early morning. - You count the newspapers by newspaper route. - You manage your team of newspaper deliverers and motivate them to deliver the right newspaper to the subscribers on time. - You ensure good delivery quality. - You manage your own local network and expand it by being active on Facebook, for example. This comes in handy when you are looking for a new delivery person. - When you have one or more newspaper routes without a delivery person, it is up to you to recruit new delivery people. - You are on stand-by yourself to possibly run a newspaper route. - Handling administration.
THIS IS WHAT YOU GET - A part time position from 4:00am to 7:30am Monday to Saturday adjusting Saturday to 8:30am - Your own working environment (depot) with a lot of freedom. - A lot of spare time. - The opportunity to create your own team of paper deliverers. - You earn ± €1235,-.
THIS IS WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO - Managing and motivating your team of newspaper deliverers. - Working with targets and objectives to improve quality. - Act proactively and deal with unexpected situations; for example, newspapers that are delivered later due to a malfunction. - Going out yourself to deliver a newspaper route. - To communicate; you enjoy building a relationship with the team and expanding your network beyond that (always useful if you are looking for a new newspaper delivery person).
