Would you like to manage your own team of newspaper deliverers? Would you like to start working when the majority of the Netherlands is still asleep? Then this is the job for you! As a freelance depot holder, you are an important link in the newspaper's logistics process! You ensure that the newspapers (including Telegraaf, Volkskrant and Trouw) in Volendam are delivered to subscribers on time. You are the point of contact for the newspaper deliverers. You do that 6 days a week. You can carry out the work at the depot yourself or outsource it. That's the advantage of being a freelancer. A stable (side) job, with fixed working days, which you can easily combine with other (side) jobs and hobbies. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - You manage the team of newspaper deliverers and motivate them to deliver the right newspaper to the subscribers on time. - You manage your own local network and expand it by being active on Facebook, for example. This comes in handy when you are looking for a new delivery person. - You will receive the daily newspapers around 04:00 in the morning. - You count the newspapers by newspaper route. - You ensure good delivery quality. - When you have one or more newspaper routes without a delivery person, it is up to you to recruit new delivery people. - You are on stand-by yourself to possibly run a newspaper route. - Handling administration. - You deliver at least two newspaper rounds.
THIS IS WHAT YOU GET - You earn ± €2200 - Quality bonuses to be achieved; - Working hours are Monday-Friday 04:00 - 07:00 and Saturday 04:00 - 08:00; - Your own working environment (depot) with a lot of freedom. - A lot of spare time.
