Dispatchers are vital to a successful team and business. They are the voice of the company, offering support and compassion to the customers and the gatekeepers of information for the technicians. Dispatchers are architects of how each day comes together. This role quires someone with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, who can think quickly on their feet while remaining cool, calm and collected when talking to customers. Daily Requirements: - Answering emergency and non-emergency calls and recording significant information. - Communicating with technicians and providing them with information. - Scheduling and dispatching to appropriate locations according to customer requests or immediate needs - Proficiently communicating with multiple people simultaneously via text, email, phone calls, etc.
