We have a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual German speaker to join our Production and Quality team as a Search Quality Rater for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for recent graduates or current students looking for a part or full time job to begin their career in the localization industry. In this role, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience in data training, search quality rating and AI tools. We will train you and provide you with all the guidelines needed to learn and become an excellent Quality Rater, and you will work on an exciting project that will empower your career, you will keep learning and be able to work in a great multinational and diverse team. Main duties - Review and evaluate quality of digital advertising (ads); - Search and research of existing digital ads throughout a unique Search platform; - Use of knowledge of the Italian culture when reviewing the quality of digital ads; - Helping companies to reach larger Italian audiences through localization of the content; - Adapting the company's content to reach the right Italian speaking locales or markets; - Support to other Production and Quality units/squads via administration tasks; - Maintain status updates on project and/or team activities and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.
- A part-time fixed-term contract, working 20 or 25 hours per week; or - A full-time fixed-term contract, working 30-40 hours per week.
- Excellent knowledge of German (native or bilingual level); - Be based in Germany; - Advanced-fluent level of English, both written and spoken; - Strong understanding of popular culture in Germany; - Great researching skills; - Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment; - Experience with computers and the internet (including having a good internet connection); - Experience using keywords would be beneficial; - Must be dedicated only to "Search Quality rating program" and not other search or ads rating programs.
