We are currently seeking German-speaking customer advisors for a globally renowned German luxury automotive brand who are looking to kickstart their professional career in beautiful Greece. As the first point of contact for end customers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you will showcase excellent communication skills and provide friendly and solution-oriented assistance. Your Responsibilities: As a technical customer advisor, you will utilize your skills to address emerging issues accurately and efficiently. You will maintain excellent standards and share your passion for technology and automobiles with customers and colleagues. Given the dynamic nature of this job, you will have the opportunity to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace. - German-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email. - Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information. - Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. - Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues. - Appropriately responding to customer escalations and accurately documenting the process. - Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets. - Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English. - As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.

Job requirements

Your Profile: - C1/C2 level German language skills + English language skills - Experience in technical troubleshooting is advantageous - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users - PC literacy is required - Patience in communicating and problem-solving - Handle all data and personal information with utmost confidentiality - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends - Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player **All applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit
