Bar Stroom is the new bar of BlueCity. In the old water slide of Tropicana, we go with the seasons while simultaneously swimming against the current. We collaborate with local farmers, circular food entrepreneurs, and Rotterdam culture makers to bring about change. On the plate, in the glass, and on the stage. That might sound complex, but when you soon gaze out over the Maas from the sunny terrace, with a Rotterzwam bitterballen and a circularly brewed cocktail in hand, you'll know: that change tastes like more.
