Bar Stroom is the new bar of BlueCity. In the old water slide of Tropicana, we go with the seasons while simultaneously swimming against the current. We collaborate with local farmers, circular food entrepreneurs, and Rotterdam culture makers to bring about change. On the plate, in the glass, and on the stage. We are looking for service staff for our new bar, Stroom. On April 19th, BlueCity will be opening a new hospitality concept in the iconic building by the Maas River. Are you an energetic service crew member, ready to take on challenges and unfazed by a bustling terrace? Then quickly make an appointment to come for a trial shift. - Ensure guest-oriented service and an optimal hospitality experience. - Provide service in the restaurant, on the terrace, and behind the bar. - Have open communication with the kitchen team to coordinate tasks and assist as needed. - Handle complaints promptly and effectively.
